The Québec Solidaire Party (QS) is a sovereign far-left political party in Canada formed in 2006 in Montreal. It was formed by merging the Union des forces progressistes (UFP) party with the Option citoyenne social movement. They label themselves as a sovereigntist, green, alter-globalizationist, and feminist party. They advocate the independence of Quebec from Canada. The Québec solidaire has no single party leader and practices collective leadership of its 16-member National Coordinating Committee. Most recently they took part in the 2023 Earth Day Demonstration in Montreal.

The flag of Québec Solidaire is orange, with the logo in white. The current
design of the logo was adopted in January 2018 [1]. The flag ratio is generally
about 2:3 [2, 3, 4].
Previous logo (see below) was adopted in 2006 [1]. It consisted
of the same elements, but stylized in a quite different way. The shade of orange
and the flag ratio were the same as nowadays [5, 6].
